Here are some highlights of COMA’s community contributions over the years.
- 2018
- Kerala Flood Relief: $43611.38 donated to Kerala Chief Minister’s Relief fund
- Proceeds from the K.S.Chitra musical night was donated $4000 to the families of the fallen Westerville police officers.
- COMA conducted a 5K run/walk celebrating its 10th year anniversary, and the proceeds of the event was routed into host-a-meal events at the YWCA.
- 2017
- COMA donated $1000 to Red Cross to help victims of Hurricane Harvey
- COMA donated 5 Toaster ovens to The Open Shelter during Thanksgiving season
- 2015
- COMA hosted Shobana’s Krishna, and donated $5,000 to the Wounded Warrior Project.
- COMA donated Gift Cards collected during its annual Christmas Party and donated those to the YWCA shelter.
- COMA in association with other charitable organizations collected used and new clothing from its patrons, which was sent to deserving people in India and Bangladesh.
- COMA started participating in the Meals on Wheels program working with Lifecare Alliance. While we did one route a month for the first two years, beginning 2018, with an increased interest from COMA patrons, we have started doing two routes a month.
- 2014
- COMA began conducting 2 annual host-a-meal events at the YWCA shelter for women. COMA funds the full cost of these events and also provides the volunteers who cook and serve food to 150-200 people including children who are living in the shelter.

- COMA hosted the Suresh Gopi show, and donated $5,000 to the James Cancer Hospital.

- COMA hosted Kannasum Kadalasum, a celebrity event show featuring veteran Malayalam Cinema actors Innocent and Jagathy Sreekumar, and donated $1000 of the profits to the Mid Ohio Food Bank
